Description
SKU # - (REQUIRED) Select the SKU # from the drop down list of your inventory items. It an item does not appear you can add it here and fill out the information later on the item itself.
Quantity Used - (REQUIRED) Enter the quantity needed to create the Inventory Special Item. This amount will be deleted from the Amount On Hand when you save the item.
Description - (OPTIONAL) By default the description of the Inventory Item selected from the drop down list will be placed here. However you can overwrite this if you need to.
Serial # - (OPTIONAL) If you selected one or more items from the above drop down list and wish to keep track of the serial numbers, then enter the serial numbers here.
Item Cost - By default the Cost will be displayed from the item selected from the above drop down list. This is used to calculate the final cost towards the Inventory Special Item when this item is saved. This is for display purposes only.
Buttons
Save - Saves any changes you made and returns to the Main window.
Cancel - Cancels any changes you made and returns to the Main window.
