Credits/Invoices/Purchase Orders
Auto-Print - (OPTIONAL) Check this box if you wish to automatically print Invoices, etc. when they are saved.
Add Blank Line - (OPTIONAL) If you require a blank line between each line item in the body of an Invoice, etc. check this box.
Display Total Items - (OPTIONAL) Check this box if you wish to display the total number of items in the Invoice, etc. in the Comments section.
Display Total Line Items - (OPTIONAL) Check this box if you wish to display the total number of line items in the Invoice, etc. in the Comments section.
Use Short Description - (OPTIONAL) Check this box if you wish to use the Short Description from the Inventory database instead of the Full Description. This is only used on Invoices, Purchase Orders and Credits.
Invoices
Add Customer Phone Numbers to Shipping Address - (OPTIONAL) Check this box if you wish to add the Customers Phone Number on the Customers Shipping Address for Invoices, etc.
Display Payments on Invoices - (OPTIONAL) Check this box to display the payment history for the Invoice in the Comments section.
Print Pick list with Invoice - (OPTIONAL) Check this box if you wish to print a Pick List (Packing slip) with the Invoice.
Print Photos on Invoice - (OPTIONAL) Checking this box will allow the Invoice to display any photos for the Inventory Items printed in the Invoice.
Print Photos on Pick list - (OPTIONAL) Checking this box will allow the Invoice Pick List(s) to display any photos for the Inventory Items printed in the list.
Purchase Orders
Create Invoice from Purchase Order - (OPTIONAL) If you do drop shipments or have the Vendor ship straight to the Customer check this box so an Invoice will be created for the Customer after making the Purchase Order.
Inventory
Print Photos on Inventory Price List - (OPTIONAL) Checking this box will allow the Inventory Price List(s) to display any photos for the Inventory Items printed in the list.
Use Short Description on Inventory Price List- (OPTIONAL) Check this box to use the Short Description on the Inventory Price List instead of the Full Description.
Buttons
Save - Saves any changes you made and returns to the Main window.
Cancel - Cancels any changes you made and returns to the Main window.
