Shipping Charges

 

Tax Shipping Charges - (OPTIONAL) If you checked to tax Shipping Charges in the Purchase Order Setup then this box will be checked.  If you do not wish to tax shipping charges then uncheck the box.

 

Select Shipping Method - (OPTIONAL) Select from the drop down list the shipping method you wish to use.  If the customer has a preferred shipping method it will already be entered when the customer is selected.

 

Shipping Weight - Displays the total shipping weight computed from the items added to the Purchase Order.

 

Shipping Charge - (OPTIONAL) Select from the drop down list the amount to be charged against the total weight.  You may update this list through the setup on the Main Purchase Order window.

 

Shipping Date - (OPTIONAL) Select from the drop down list the expected time of shipping.

 

Tracking # - (OPTIONAL) Enter the tracking number that was assigned by the Shipper.

 

Void Information

 

Void this Purchase Order - (OPTIONAL) Once the Purchase Order is saved you can void it if you need too.  Check this box to void the Purchase Order.

 

Date - (REQUIRED) You must select a date the Purchase Order was voided if it is voided.

 

Comments

 

Comments - (OPTIONAL) Enter any comments you wish to enter for this Purchase Order.  You can select from the Standard Memos database any memos you wish to add as well by clicking on the Standard Memo button.

 

Totals

 

Displays the running totals for the different items on the Purchase Order.

 

Buttons

 

Add - Add a new Purchase Order Item to the Purchase Order.

Change - Change the highlighted Purchase Order Item information.

Delete - Delete the highlighted Purchase Order Item. Unless you have a backup of the data file you will not be able to recover a deleted set of records.

Standard Memos - Brings up the Standard Memo window and allows you to select from that list to add to this Purchase Order.  The memos will be entered in the Comments section of the Purchase Order.

Save - Saves any changes you made and returns to the Main window. (Note if you have checked the Auto-Print box in the Reports Setup this button will display Save & Print.)

Cancel - Cancels any changes you made and returns to the Main window.
