There may times when its not convenient to fill out all the information on some databases. The ToDo list allows you to skip filling out the information. When that happens the software will tag the item and place it in the ToDo List for you to finish at your convenience. To access the update window for that item just click on it. Once the item has been filled out and saved the ToDo List will remove it from the list.
Each time you start Invoice! WinPro it will check the ToDo database and if it finds any items a message will appear notifying you that there are items in the list.
The following items are monitored by the ToDo list:
Adding New Customers Adding New Inventory Adding New Referrers Adding New Vendors Recurring Billing |
