Setting up Invoice! WinPro is fairly straight forward.  By clicking on any of the above items you will be able to add the data you need to run the software.

 

Program Options - Sets up options for the software.

Companies -  Sets up the Company information for the Company you are working with.

Reports - Sets up the parameters for reports used in the software.

Business Categories - Enter the different business categories you use for Business Expenses.

Check Book Categories - Enter the different check book categories you use.

Inventory Categories - Enter the different Inventory Categories you use for Inventory items.

Inventory Sub-Categories - Same as above.

Manufactures - Enter the different Manufactures you purchase Inventory items from.

Sales Representatives - Enter your staff information.

Referrers - Enter Individuals that have referred a customer to your company.

Shippers - Enter the different shipping companies you use.

Standard Memos - Enter memos you use on a normal basis.
