Setting up Invoice! WinPro™ is fairly straight forward. By clicking on any of the above items you will be able to add the data you need to run the software.
Program Options - Sets up options for the software. Companies - Sets up the Company information for the Company you are working with. Reports - Sets up the parameters for reports used in the software. Business Categories - Enter the different business categories you use for Business Expenses. Check Book Categories - Enter the different check book categories you use. Inventory Categories - Enter the different Inventory Categories you use for Inventory items. Inventory Sub-Categories - Same as above. Manufactures - Enter the different Manufactures you purchase Inventory items from. Sales Representatives - Enter your staff information. Referrers - Enter Individuals that have referred a customer to your company. Shippers - Enter the different shipping companies you use. Standard Memos - Enter memos you use on a normal basis. |
