Invoice! WinPro uses simple security for its users.  You can require users to logon to the program prior to being able to use it.  Further if you have Sales Representatives and require them to logon then their Sales Representative # is passed through the program so that where ever there is a requirement to enter the number it is placed there by default.  The user that is presently logged in can be seen at the bottom of the Main window.

You must be an administrator before you can access this window.

Users and Sales Representatives are different in their actions.  If you enter a user that is not in the Sales Representative database it will not be added to the Sales Representative database.  We assume that you are not using Sales tracking for that individual.  However if you enter a new Sales Representative then it will automatically add them to the Security database.

 

Buttons

 

Add - Add a new Sales Representative/User to the software.

Change - Change the highlighted Sales Representative/User information.

Delete - Delete the highlighted Sales Representative/User.  You should note that if you delete a Sales Representative/User and do not have a backup of the data file you will not be able to recover a deleted set of records

Change Password - Allow the logged in Sales Representative/User to change their password.

Close - Closes the window and returns to the Main window.
