SalesRepresentatives

 

This displays all the Sales Representatives you have setup to use the software. You can have just one or as many as you need.  When you add a new Sales Representative their User Id will also be added to the Security database.

You may sort any of the columns by clicking on the column header.  Or if you wish to search by that column just do a right mouse click on the column header for the menu.

Double-click to change the information on a highlighted row.  Click on the + to view all the Invoices or Credits that the Sales Representative has written.

To group the Sales Representative drag a header from one of the columns into the area above the header.  It will group the list by that headers name.  To ungroup just drag the header back to the same column it came from.

 

Tabs

 

Sales Representative # - Sorts the first column by the Sales Representative number.

Name - Sorts the first column by the Sales Representatives name.

 

Buttons

 

Add - Add a new Sales Representative to the software.

Change - Change the highlighted Sales Representatives information.

Delete - Delete the highlighted Sales Representative.  You should note that if you delete a Sales Representative and do not have a backup of the data file you will not be able to recover a deleted set of records

Email - If the Sales Representative has an email address you can send him an email by clicking on this button.

Close - Closes the window and returns to the Main window.
