Invoice! WinPro allows you to preview your reports prior to printing them. In fact it is the default method of doing so. It is also the way you can email your reports to your customers or other users. You may also export the reports to several different file formats so they may be used in other programs.
You may choose to change printers prior to printing by clicking on the printer icon with the question mark. This is also used to set the printer up if you are printing to a different printer or wish to change settings on the default printer. If you wish to do neither then click on the printer icon next to the one with the question mark.
