This displays the Serial Numbers for the Inventory Item. It shows at a glance the serial number, date it was sold, the Invoice number it was put on and the Customer number that purchased it.
You may sort any of the columns by clicking on the column header. Or if you wish to search by that column just do a right mouse click on the column header for the menu.
Double-click to change the information on a highlighted row.
To group the Items drag a header from one of the columns into the area above the header. It will group the list by that headers name. To ungroup just drag the header back to the same column it came from.
Buttons
Add - Add a new Serial Number to the software.
Change - Change the highlighted Serial Number information.
Delete - Delete the highlighted Special Item. You should note that if you delete a Serial Number and do not have a backup of the data file you will not be able to recover a deleted set of records.
Invoice - Displays the Invoice that the serial number was added to.
Close - Closes the window and returns to the Main window.
