Select from the five tools you wish to use.
Backup Data Files - Back up your data files. By default the software will backup the data files when you close it. However in the Program Options window you can turn this feature off. If you do you can back up your data when ever you want.
Restore Data Files - To restore previously backed up data files.
Compress Data Files - Compressing your data files will keep the size under control.
Delete Multiple Records - If you need to delete a lot of records at one time then use this.
Export Data Files - To export your data files just select the data file you wish to export. It will export to the export files location with the same name as the file selected. You may select the type of file format the datafile will be exported to by going to Program Options and choosing it there.
