Delete Mulitple Records

DeleteRecords

 

Depending on which item you select the database window will open allowing you to select the records you wish to delete.  Click on the Check Box on the left of the window to select the records you wish to delete.  Click on the Check Box at the top of the column to delete all the records, or to uncheck all the records if checked.  Once you are finished then click on Okay.  The software will then delete the highlighted items.  You should note that you cannot undo this action.  Once the records are deleted they are gone.  Please make a backup of the data prior to doing this action.  To understand more about selecting records see Selecting Multiple Records.

 

Buttons

 

Delete - Depending on which set of records you want to delete this button starts the process.

Close - Closes the window and returns to the Main window.
