Companies

 

This displays all the Companies you have setup for the software.  You can have just one or as many as you need.  Each Company has its own set of requirements that you setup when adding a Company to the list.

You may sort any of the columns by clicking on the column header.  Or if you wish to search by that column just do a right mouse click on the column header for the menu.

Double-click the highlighted row to change the information on that highlighted row.

To use a different Company in the browse you must set it as the default Company.

 

Legend

 

The legend displays the definition of the colored rows, in this case the default Company (the one that will open when you start the software) will be green.

 

Buttons

 

Add - Add a new Company to the software.

Change - Change the highlighted Companies information.

Delete - Delete the highlighted Company.  You should note that if you delete a Company all related records (customers, vendors, invoices, etc.) will deleted as well.  Unless you have a backup of the data file you will not be able to recover a deleted set of records.

Make Default Company - Change the highlighted Company to the default Company.

Close - Closes the window and returns to the Main window.
