One of the new features in Invoice! WinPro is the displaying of charts. While you cannot design your own chart, several different types have created to view your data in different ways. By clicking on the desired chart you will first be presented with a request for the Starting Date and the Ending Date. Once you have entered that click on Okay and the chart will be generated. You may view and/or print the chart.
Three menu items are available for you to use.
Close - Closes the chart and returns you to the main screen.
Export - Allows you to select which format you wish to export the chart to and gives you the opportunity to name it.
HTML - Standard html markup page. You can use this on web pages if you want to.
MHT - New standard.
PDF - Standard pdf file viewable with Acrobat 5.0 or greater.
Images supported are BMP, JPEG, TIFF, GIF.
Print - Prints the visible chart to the default printer.
